None. You'll leave with a clearer picture of where AI could help your business. If there's a fit for working together, we'll talk about it. If not, you've still had a useful conversation.

Nothing formal. It helps if you've thought about what frustrates you most in your operation — the bottlenecks, the time-drains, the things that keep you up at night. But we'll work through it together.

The person who understands how the business actually operates day-to-day. Usually the MD or Operations Director. No need for a committee — this is a conversation, not a presentation.

You'll receive a brief summary of what we discussed and the opportunities we identified. If it makes sense to go further, we'll recommend the right next step — usually a Scoping Sprint. But there's no pressure and no follow-up sales campaign.
